My LoveLight is Flashing Red, What Does that Mean? What Do I Do?

If your LoveLight is flashing Red it means that your LoveLight cannot reach the internet to talk to our servers. There are three possible causes:

1) Your LoveLight is too far away from your router. 

If the signal to your LoveLight is too weak it cannot reliably connect to the internet. To test signal strength, we recommend using a free app like WiFi Sweetspots (iOS or Android) to test your signal strength. As a test try moving the LoveLight next to your router and see if the issue persists. If not, gradually move your LoveLight further until it can reliably reach your router. 

2) You have sources of interference near your LoveLight.

Some electrical items such as wireless chargers, heating pads, or high power speakers can interfere with a device's ability to access the internet. Make sure to position your LoveLight away from such devices. 

3) You Connected Your LoveLight to the Wrong Network

In this case, try deregistering your LoveLight and adding it back to a network with WiFi access. Please see: Resetting Your LoveLight's WiFi Settings

4) Your Internet is Down or Spotty

If your internet is down, LoveLight will not be able to reach our servers. Once your internet has returned, you can plug your LoveLight back in and resume normal operation.
